Synopsis: ANZ200-210330- 1035 AM EDT Fri Apr 20 2018 .Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters... Low pressure heads NE towards New Foundland this afternoon with gusty northwest winds wrapping around it. High pressure will build over the waters this weekend lasting into Monday, then shifting offshore on Tuesday. Low pressure will move north along the eastern seaboard Tuesday night and Wednesday, lifting over the waters on Thursday.
